BS5837 Reports: Trees in relation to construction

Picus Decay Equipment
This important survey deals with issues specific to trees in and around development sites.
The British Standards Institute states that such a report should only be carried out by an appropriately qualified tree surgery such as Downlands.
A BS5837 report helps you:
- ensure a balanced and complementary alignment of buildings, trees, hedges and shrubs;
- identify key issues when planting new trees in the proximity of existing buildings, or when developing in the vicinity of existing trees;
- outline suitable planning stages for integrating trees into your new development.
A Downlands BS5837 report not only addresses legal issues, but also advises on the right trees for your development and the best way to maintain them.
